[REQUEST] Avatar/Banner/Signature/Twitch (Possibly paying)

Hi there guys I'm after a few new bits, Willing to pay well for something that im over the moon with.

Colour themes: Cyan/teal colour with dark greys/black (Kinda like my current avatar theme).

I'm after the following:

Avatar (Can be made a normal size which I can downscale to sythe's requirements)
Banner (A banner with just "FannyLipz" written on it)
Signature (Signature including "MrReed's Fire cape service")
Twitch overlay and possibly small info banners (About me, Computer Specs, Twitter, Donations, Games) (Can be a universal one as I play multiple games) (Stream name is "FannyLipz")
