Requesting a Unban for rs3hot

Hi all here is the post yesterday banning them that I made,

I have since had contact and they have agreed to train me a new account to the levels i had as well as questing (when i provide proof of quests completed).

R2pleasent banned them, so requesting the unban for them as the issue has been semi-resolved, I will keep in contact with R2 to update him on the refund process (as it will take around 6 weeks to complete)

 

Okay, glad you guys were able to come to a solution. I am requesting the unban. Please make another report if they don't hold up their end of the bargain.
