Explanation of the trade:I wanted him to do some skilling on my account for me i added him he would not go first he wanted half of the payment frist so i said lets get a mm he said ok but he still wanted half of the payment first and would not let the mm hold the whole payment.

I feel that a twc is needed. Why would you agree to use a mm but still want half of the payment first and not let the mm hold the whole amount.If you need anything else just ask.

 

Don't really see any reason to give him a TWC for this.
