Requesting a TWC for megatony

megatony tried selling his level 138 RuneScape account with 1.1 billion (allegedly) to a kid. I was to act as the OMM. All was smooth until it came to getting the account details. He told the buyer an account name, which didn't match up the the details he gave me. I tried logging in with the provided information, which didn't work.

As soon as I told him the account information didn't work we were both insta-blocked. So I am requesting at least a TWC, if not a ban.
