Requesting a "Power Chopper"

Hello freinds been some time since i was last on...no one even rembers me probly but whatever im back and im wondering if any one can point me in the direction of a power chopper script that works with the recent upadates to scar and RS, and if there isn't one maybe someone could possibly make one not just for me but for the whole community.
