requesting a pardon

My account is RebeccaWithLove and it got banned for self vouching ( I requested a pardon) but when it got banned i was trying to click the link to the dispute forum and it would not let me. I then closed out of that tab and went to another where i was still logged into sythe, I logged out and made a new account named rebecca with love to try and post in the pardon forum, I then realized after reading through the posts that making another account while your one account is banned is called ban evading. i logged out immediately and started getting very worried. I am hoping you can just perm ban the account rebecca with love as i did not know the rules. i am really sorry for this and thank you for your time.

ps. I did not log back on to that account after that and I will not ever again.
