Why cant I recover password!?

Hello guys!

I'm trying to recover my password from my account Manfretto.
So I asked for an email to reset my password and I got one (most of the times I didn't get one though). I used the link in the mail to reset my password, but I had to fill in my registred email adress AGAIN for my password, because the first mail was only for my username and the link for the password.
When I typed in my email it said that email was not valid, but that doesn't make any sense at all because i got to that page by using the email they already sent me.

So I can't get my account back for whatever reason?
I'm struggling with this for over a week now and I really need some help to get my pass back.
