Spoke to Dave about this on Skype, he asked that I post it here for staff review & discussion.


tl;dr: YouSuckV2 missed out things in his pardon, lying or otherwise.

SSGPseller1337 is banned on powerbot for being a SS mod and scamming people/banning them
SSGPseller1337 has another Skype that he used for powerbot - https://www.powerbot.org/community/topic/1026453-selling-this-staker-for-cheap-good-stats/ - Skype: blistexpb
BlistexpB is linked to a banned Sythe account that wasn't mentioned in the pardon: http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007-mains/1585710-selling-nice-staker-91-str-50-def-60-attack.html

There may also be other stuff floating around that I haven't looked into/found.

There are also multiple unconfirmed reports that he was HEAVILY involved in ddosing users on SS - However, there is no proof other than the testimony of SS staff members who were around at the time, as the forums have been changed many times since the events.
