Hi, I am working on my Pokemon Project and is there anyone who can help me with some basic arts?

So let say, there is this image


I just need to get rid of the background, and maybe change the lighting so the yellow stuffs coming out of him giving more "pop" and "shiny" feelings D:'
Idk just make the Pokemon looks sharp and awesome xD

Is it hard to do?
Can someone help me with this requests? I will need 5-10 of different Pokemon @.@'

Whichever you can do is very helpful! I want them to be sharp and shiny looking! I hope it isn't too hard ^^'
