Briefly explain the trade: I paid for some graphics, he delivered half, I then asked him 2 days ago to deliver the other half he said he would ASAP, I asked him today and he said ASAP again. I am not satisfied as he has not delivered the full product therefore I am charging back

Cancel your chargeback and allow Jiwi to finish your order. Like he said, there's no guaranteed timeframe that he promised to finish your order by, you never specified that you needed it done by a certain point, and impatience is not grounds for you to file a chargeback

 

How was I being a dick? He said multiple times that he was going to do it ASAP, currently there is no chargeback in process, since I was about to do it but was waiting for a reply.

 

He has 24 hours to finish your order starting now, should be plenty of time
