    Basically, another member wanted to buy Hi-ImLvL123's account. When I came in, Hi-ImLvL123 didn't say a word. I was going to make this thread before, but the other guy said that his MSN messed up. I got invited and I start talking about how the other guy should give me the account details and he claims that I'm not even talking or something.

    tl;dr - Basically requesting a TwC for Hi-ImLvL123 due to suspicious trading when an OMM comes in.
