Got scammed

Hello, I bought Runescape 3 account 2014/10/05. Today 2014/10/10 when I'm trying to login it says that ID or password is incorrect. I tried doing "Forgot password" but nothing works. 2bot is the name of the guy I bought from. Skype name is jon_barrett158. He removed me from skype and I guess he returned the account.
