Within those $233, lays my split of 40% as well, but I rather take 100% because you didn't follow protocol as given multiple times.



You had approximately 3 hours to sell off the gold, but you chose to be lazy. After numerous of warnings I've given you to sell the gold, you can't end up blaming me that it's my fault for your laziness.



This was your "response" which I tolerated as excuse.



I would like to request my initial $233 that I sent you and $100 that is remaining as your debt.

You are well aware what the procedure was at that point, yet that's information you're withholding from Sythe staff.
If you withheld information about that, I wonder how much more information you're withholding.



If you don't know procedure, I wonder who wrote "Sell gp, sell gp".
Perhaps you forgot because you wanted to know what the biggest trade was.

As to why I believe he should refund it, due to tampering with evidence.

The answer is no. He has used the cropped picture to his advantage. He very well knew that he was in debt but feared to show it as it's a debt you pay.



Here's another "reminder" that Dalbert did not follow procedure.
This was 5 days before he got banned with 805m. He was too confident.

They are hired to help me, not help you pick up payments. Everybody has their own responsibility.


Why did he not show any of this?
He's tampering with evidence for his own advantage.

While I did a full calculation and got a higher amount than him, I still truthfully said the appropriate amount even if I had to pay more.
Why tamper with evidence? Just to avoid getting paid less because of an out-standing debt?

 

Hello, good morning, on the previous report that was judged by @President himself, i showed how @BoostedMMO was withholding the payments, and as well posted how, one of these specific orders (that he did not pay on the 3.3K payment) because my final numbers were 4K and his calculations were 3.3K, showing that there were at least 700$ missing from the payment of completed services, i didn't dispute it, but the calculations were on board for everyone to see, that specific service, was one of the services that one of his mules got banned with the gold, is a service he did not paid, eveen that it was at around 98% completition, so, from my own calculations from the previous report, he went from 4K to 3.3K, and wants to take more money now, as if he didn't already took some of it, an extra 233$, that were demanded to be paid by @President himself, and @BoostedMMO didn't dispute on the thread the decition was made.

there wasn't t.o.s discussed about this, all i was is a service provider, i wasn't being paid to handle, and manage, his gp transactions, as well as the payment i was receiving, was at a lower rate rather than what the gp was sold at, so earning no profit from it at all, even though i was obligated to take the gp, not something i wanted to do, ever, because i know that mules can get banned, and the greed of the current @BoostedMMO owner, that never wants to be liable even though for his own mules, made me pay back in that time, the gp lost, which i saw unfair, but i didn't report because it'd have higher consequences, as he is used to gaslight the situation, and use it against his own workers (or at least me)

 

Nobody has a gun to your head. If you don't want to use a mule, or pick up payment with a mule, then you don't ask for a mule to pick up payment. You refuse to use a mule. Do you have difficulties refusing against your own will?

A job is a regular and official activity that you do, and receive money (a salary) for your activity. It is also called a profession or an occupation.
To describe a person’s job, you can say it is:
A demanding job (requires a lot of effort)

If you didn't want to put down the effort, why did you continue? You had all the rights to refuse, which you did not. You can't expect your money to fly on your lap effortlessly.

If you didn't want to use a mule, why should those that do pick up your payment put the risk you don't want to take?
Had you followed procedure as a job has, which can be adjusted at all times, you wouldn't of been banned with the money.

In regard to question 1:

After considering the situation, I have concluded that it is not possible to recover the amount of $233.45, in the sense that it is a separate claim. When parties enter into a settlement agreement, their rights to pursue their seperate claims are waived. Additionally, decisions made on Sythe are final. Therefore, it is not possible, in principle, to make a claim on the amount that is already part of the settlement. The only way this is possible is if the settlement agreement is annulled. This is only possible in very exceptional cases, such as in cases of gross deception. The question is whether you (@BoostedMMO ) want to pursue this option. If the settlement agreement is annulled, negotiations for a new amount and recalculations will need to be made again. Please note that it is not excluded that the new settlement amount may be higher than the amount already paid. Please consider this carefully when making your decision.

 

Settlement is a settlement. Fair enough.
