    Reason I think they are ban evading - I reported neonx for ban evading recently (he was banned) and a new thread selling upgrades by a newcomer - neo - pops up. Close inspection will show the Terms of Service on all three threads are an exact match to neo's current thread (a few minor wording changes but the capitalization and terms are identical); this is obviously the same person ban evading multiple times to scam people.
