Request PVP PK RL Plugin

Hello,

I would like a custom RuneLite plugin that can:

1. Highlight players I can attack and highlight dots on the minimap.
2. Allow me to mark a specific target, which should also appear as a highlighted dot on the minimap.
   

Additionally, the marked target should persist through death or logout—it should remain highlighted until I manually remove them from the target list.
