Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I got the TWC because Headshot asked me to sign his updated TOS, and I did not respond. I meant no harm in that, but regardless that's my fault. I will be more proactive to respond to all matters regarding my business. I also should have been more careful with his rules, since his payment accounts could have been at risk if not carefully handled. I've learned from this, we're being more careful now in taking payments and doing due diligence on buyers. I've been using new payment processors now - all rules are being followed and all is going well.
Regarding the other report, I did not know you're not allowed to take payments if you don't actually have the gold in stock. I thought you could outsource trades and accept orders when you have a supplier ready to deliver, but that didn't seem to be the case. So I will no longer be doing that. I'll only accept orders when we have gold in stock from now on. I also won't ask for new prices if wrong prices were quoted, but instead just deliver the order at a loss.

Anything else you wish to say: I don't disagree with the decision, I'm just here to try and have the TWC removed. I think I've proved that I'm not a threat to the community. I haven't been given a TWC for many years so that should show that I do my best to abide the rules.
