I've asked him multiple times to Add me on Skype, by clicking on my Signature.
His response is "I've added you, but you've not accepted me" when he has not added me at all.

In my own personal Opinion, I feel this User should have TWC. Very sketchy, maybe it's just me.
I could be wrong! But from Experience of being Scammed, he seems as one.
Will NOT add me on Skype for some Odd reason. Could be getting Skype's, an grabbing IP's

excuse me i have added him on skype he will not accept my request. i used his signature to add his skype! now im asking his offer on rates in pm and hes saying im sketchy! ia dded this guy on skype, which was from his sig:

There is no real report here going to close this. You can either pm him your skype ID or just do the trade over sythe pms.
