Graphics work for my gold selling website

alright so i need some graphics work done for my gold selling and buying website what i'm willing to offer is some money or you can become a worker once everything is finished.

so basicly your job would be just to use chat talk to customers etc sell and buy gold and you would get a percent of profit

A decent website design costs a lot, trust me no one will do this.
