spyguyz scammed me and wont refund false guide.

Briefly explain the trade: I've recently bought from spyguyz an ebook guide and we went thru all and i asked him specificly if i needed anything or require anything to do to get this "making money guide work" he said NOTHING requires ,
After a day ive tried toi make this guide i wasnt able , and i couldnt do his " money making way guide" because it required me to go and beg people to reg something and doing something + the website he uses does not pay it is actually a scam site well known, if i can i will send a guide to mod to confirm
so I told him that i cannot use and i asked for a refund since i have no other way doing it so he tells me to go to INTERNET CAFE and do it from there, this is the part I dont understand when he says it does not require me doing anything but going to a cafe and paying money to get internet service for ridicilous prices is not requirement.
he refuses to refund me so ill chargeback him please close his thread it is a big fat lie , he needs to be banned and deleted from sythe.

since its his guide to make moiney ive deleted some parts to NOT show how his trick works

before disputing I've asked him to refund me only 25$ and i paid him 31$ so he keeps 6$ for his time and his effort on his guide but he declined
NO where in my conversation i said I would leak his guide whatsever , i even deleted parts from our conversation over skype revealing his "method" and his guide is a scam and its not a way to make money!
