SCAR conversion to c# MouseSpeed and random

Hi,

I'm trying to convert a scar script to C#. Can someone tell me what range the MouseSpeed function would return. I have a line which is basically random(MouseSpeed) and I am wondering what kind of values this would return. Does random have any upper or lower bounds, is it an integer etc. etc?

If I do random(x) and x = 5 what range of values could this return? Sorry, I know this is a little vague but I am new to scar.
