Looking for experienced designers (Graphic Team)

I am looking for experienced designers for a graphics team I just started. Some skills you need are custom illustrations, renders, and vectors. Meaning no fonts but custom lettering. Nightshift Media is going to provide custom designs as well as YouTube related things as well. Once we receive frequent emails, we will start charging (between $15-$20/render).
