    I have been banned for not posting on my home ip. I was last on my home ip. But i browse alot from my phone when im connected to my data( since im out alot). When i put my phone on airplane mode and turn it off it changes the ip which was why my acc has alot of different ip's. But im posting this from my computer connected to my home ip. Not sure what im doing wrong?
