TiempoSales Ban Appeal- Talked to Mod on Skype ban was falsely made

Hello Moderators, once again.

Before going into great detail with the meat of this ban appeal, I would first like to say the following.

1) I am not "theshowerscene" as so many of the users are reporting and are convinced that I am ban evading.

2) I already handled that issue with Mod Roary 2-3 days ago and clarified the situation which resulted in my account "Express4" being unbanned.

3) From here, I asked Roary if it was possible to change my username so "TiempoSales" so that it was the same across all forums, because as you guys probably know, I have over 265 feedback on https://tribot.org/forums/

4) Once Roary said this was not possible and I had to "start over", I said okay and Roary himself proceeded to set up the account "TiempoSales" for me as this was the username I wanted to use.

Now that there is more than enough evidence to show that I am not at all ban evading, we can move on to the rest of the dispute.

I read the following threads and then found out I was banned. I truly had no reason why.

I then got out of bed and logged on to Skype to see that I had a message from

Bogdan alerted me that I was banned. I also received skype messages from another user saying I was banned.

He informed me that my ban was because I had a hack forums account. I had no idea that this was not allowed. To be completely honest, I never even use my hack forums account. I never thought that it was an issue, because over at TRiBot it was never an issue what other forums you were a part of. I have over 260 feedback on TRiBot, so I figured that if it was an issue it would have arose by now.

I was instructed that I have to close my Hack Forums Account. Well this is something I tried to do months ago, but after PMing all the admins over there I had no success. I would also like to show you how rarely I use my hack forums account (because I have no need to as I am not into that kind of stuff).

For a user who "joined" hackforums 3 years ago, I have only 66 posts. That comes out to a measely .06 posts per day. To put that into perspective, on TRiBot, I have over 1000 posts. My TRiBot account was created less than 2 years ago. In addition, I took a 6 month break from Runescape and did not bot, nor active on any forums. So to conclude this portion, in less than half the time, I have over 15 times the amount of posts I do on TRiBot than I do on hackforums. If I am considered to be a blackhat, wouldn't things be the other way around? My activity on hackforums would be much more than a measly 66 posts in 3 years, most of which are related to selling socks 5 proxies for runescape botting, which most of you are already aware of as my signature clearly states that I sell them for botting.

When my account was not closed, I figured why not just post that I am selling proxies, it can't hurt and will only bring me more business. That is the only reason why I even bothered logging in to hackforums again. Before that, I had not logged into my account for a very very very long time.

Nonetheless, I understand that when viewing my HF profile and seeing threads I had created there was 1 thread related to blackhat activity. To address this, everyone is young and dumb at one point and does things that they shouldnt. I was a young kid who heard I can get anyones runescape account by simply downloading this magical program and I would get tons of runescape gold from it. This had to be the biggest joke I had ever fell for in my life. I was a young kid at the time and did not understand what I was doing. As you can see by reading the thread there, I clearly had no clue how to even do anything that could be considered blackhat as I wasn't even experienced enough to get my dumb ass on the website as is.

To further prove my point that I am in no way a black hat nor want anything to do with it, I have changed my hackforums password by "smashing" my keyboard and copying that to reset my password.

Please do not say "Oh well you can recover via email" I cannot, I closed that gmail because I did not need it. So the email associated to my hack forums account does not exist, therefore making it impossible to recover my account if I change the password:

In addition to the surplus of information above, it is absurd to think that I am someone who wants to hack and scam users. In just 2 days time here on my new account, I have gained around 16 vouches for trades totaling up to a few hundred $$. Not one person has reported that I scammed them or did anything to harm them. In addition, if I was a user with intent to hurt others, why would I spend 70$ getting donor and SVU status? It would make no sense at all. Further, if I was going to scam someone or hurt them, why wouldnt I have done it at TRiBot where I have handled trades upwards of 200$ at once. It would make no sense for me to spend 2 years gaining my reputation at tribot to throw it all away to scam someone.

In addition, Bogdan seems to agree, he said so himself that he does not think of me this way and it would make no sense to do anything like that because of my trust on TRiBot.

If he truly thought I was a malicious person with intent to harm, he would not have 1) Allowed me to go through him for Donor Status and 2) Spent time talking to me helping me with what I should do to clear this issue up.

Again, I am truly sorry about everything. There was a time in my past where I did not know what I was doing. But once I found this forum, and other forums alike, where you can participate in the Runescape Black Market, it was never my intent to harm anyone, and that is why I have the reputation I do at TRiBot, and that is why I donated to this forum. I want to be a part of this community and I hope that by reading this you guys can see that I am just here to contribute to the community like I have been.

Also, last point, if was truly out to harm, why would I spend all this time typing a dispute, gathering screenshots, and spending 2 hours writing a dispute?
