[Request for Restitution] - SellerMan

Please bare with me, is this is quite long and lenghty.

I am unable to find my previous Pardon, as it had enough support (8 or 9), but was Vetoed by Firez, and was informed it may have been moved to the Upper Staff Lounge; hence I cannot find it anywhere on google or Sythe.

From memory, if I remember Firez' Veto reason, it was along the lines of 'Still cant explain how those accounts were on your IP/Not enough explanation'. Don't Quote me on that, as I cannot remember exactly, as it seems to have vanished (previous pardon).

All due respect Firez, and no hard feelings, I feel that you did not read or were not passed on the Pastie.org I provided to staff who had the same concern as you. I also made a thread titled @Firez, but was informed someone had deleted it. That thread held the explanation you were seeking, which I believe would have changed you Veto decision.

I would like to say, I had enough support on my second and third pardon, prior to Veto.


This below is an similar copy of the explanation I initially gave to Cosrob, and then on the thread directed at Firez.

"My old roommate, before he graduated last year was an Admin on NRPK from 2007, when NRPK first started. He was the one who got me staff on NRPK, where I was an Admin for 2 years. We rarely saw each other irl, due to him being 2 years older than me; we were more so mutual friends, who shared a villa with 2 others in melbourne. He doesn’t live with me anymore, and its me and my sister in this Villa only, which I can verify.


From what I know, and what he told me:

He bought a Sythe account called Canada man of a Mod on NRPK called Geoff, and used it for idk what. He then retired on NRPK, and came to Sythe to sell his NRPK items on an account called NRPK Seller (something along those lines). What he used Canada man for I’m not sure. I am 100% sure that he didn’t hack the account, because I AM 100% CERTAIN he bought it of the Mod on NRPK Geoff, as I asked Geoff myself. (This was all 1 year ago or more, I’m not 100% sure of the timeline.)

If you’re friends with any NRPK staff members, ask them for an IP check of an old Mod called Geoff, and then match it to the original IP on Canada Man. It will be a match.

I had no involvement in anything, nor knew. I was only made aware to what happened AFTER I was banned, and after FireZ told me. If I knew so, logic would dictate I would not want to get known and become community involved on Sythe, which is what I did. I have never hacked/scammed anything of that sort, and never would.

Everything I am saying about Canada Man selling his account, and him being an Ex Mod on NRPK, can be verified by an IP Match. The original Canada Man also ban evaded on another account called Davroc or Varoc. Everything can be verified by an IP check. I also told Video about the evasion, as I learnt about it, and he was then banned."

Back onto the restitution:

It has been 13 months since my previous pardon (my other pardon 3 months ago, had enough support but I am unable to find it, so I will refer to this as after 13 months) and I am now appealing for restitution. Within these 13 months I have still remained close to Sythe, still continuing on as I did before, always aiding in the betterment of Sythe.

In these last 13 months, I have remained in contact with a handful of staff members and highly trusted market members, in particular, Video, Punkerpunk13, H1J2Q3 and many others of similar astute status. I have helped them catch a vast amount of ban evaders, scammers, and potential threats to Sythe, as well as the general day to day conversations.

I was the first to discover a handful of 2007 high donator and vouched accounts, and other reputable accounts hacked, such as;

• Masterkiller
• The weird One
• ~Ultimate~
• 4thfalco
• Merchant_in_the_dark

I alerted Video and Karl ASAP, and prevented a mass scam waiting to happen.

I was the first to discover of the hacking of KMJT, and was the first to warn Video and H1J2Q3, who then forwarded my message to RsProd, resulting in minimal damage. If my word is hard to believe, feel free to ask these members, about me, and about my help. I have never shown any malicious intent, and will never do so.

After I was banned, my commitment to the community did not cease. I donated over 300M RSGP in drop parties for the Sythe dicing clan (can be verified by Karl/CSK), even though I was banned. However it may seem, it was sincere, and held neither motives nor expectations.
(If needed, a search of my threads and replies to my threads can demonstrate to you, my true personality if in doubt, and give evidence of what people thought of me.)

I was also lucky enough to give SMR/Karl 50M RSGP each for free, when they were attempting to buy it.

During my time on Sythe, i traded over 20B RSGP, amounted over 50 vouches ($15,000 worth), MM’d over 20 Trades and acquired the $100 donator rank.
My persistent nature allowed me to help and guide new traders, preventing loss for many users, and making their time on Sythe comfortable and pleasant.
I feel, I believe I was a benefit to the community, and have never shown any malicious intent.

I hope people can see me for whom I really am, and believe in me, as I do in you all.


During my time on Sythe I acquired and partook in:

• $100 Donator
• 1.5K Posts
• Active daily for many hours.
• 50+ Vouches, with most trades ranging in the high Bills of RSGP.
• $15,000 Traded
• Catching over 30 scammers and ban evaders; as well as serious potential threats to Sythe.
• Constructed guides for other users, and had strong support for the Community Support role, from the likes of FireZ, who if I may say, is not an easy one to please (which is good).

While banned, during my time away:

• While banned, I maintained my usual trading practices, continuing to sell billions of RSGP, to the likes of H1J2Q3.
• First to notify and discover the hackings of the recent 2007 and reputable Sythe accounts.
• While banned, I was the first to notify Scottay of the hacking of Benwise.
• While banned, I was the first to notify Video of the hacking of KMJT.
• While banned, I continued and persisted with helping in any form or way, generally with Video.

I hope you all see me for who I am, and allow me back into this great community.


I Would lastly like to add:

1. After my pardon(s) were unsuccessful, i never ban evaded, and never changed; persisted onwards as i mentioned in the restitution.

2. After my most recent pardon was denied, which i created after waiting 10 momnths (which had enough support, but was veoted by Firez); i paitently waited for 2 months for Firez to come on MSN, and speak to him. Never thought of bugging him in the IRC, or other staff to ask him for me, etc. I waitied for him to come on MSN, and only asked Video to invite him into a conversation with me, as i didn't have his MSN. This didn't pan out due to timezones and what not, so i left it at that.
