First and fore most thank you for taking your time to read my request for a high pardon.

I didn't go into much detail in my original pardon but I feel like much has changed and I want to be part of this community more than ever.
I was originally banned for scamming on a trade where a user had paid me for 5 upgrades at 15M each, I have tried many times to contact this user over the past year whenever I had spare time but it wasn't possible to reach him and it doesn't help that the user is also banned on sythe.
In my last pardon it was suggested that I repay the user before appealing but I can't since I cannot get a hold of him I am more than willing to reimburse him.
Me myself I have changed a lot when I first came on sythe I was just looking to make a bit of spare cash on the side selling upgrades .
I was suprised by the level of trust I gained. I gained more than 100 vouches in less than 2 weeks and I was selling upgrades for almost 15 hours a day everyday. I was 16 at the time I believe and now I am an adult I turned 18 in January. I've got a lot of responsibilities now and I want to be back in this community more than ever because I know I can be an honest person and I want to continue where I left of.
I know it's hard to forgive a person if they've sinned but I have honestly changed and I want to turn my life around.
If you could please give me this chance I won't let you guys down . I will also be happy to trade with a TWC until you believe that I'm not a danger and I have proven myself worthy.
