Since bug abuse isn't the most serious offence (depending on what bug) you will be able to get unbanned.

Depending of how serious the offence was, your account has a very high chance of getting unbanned using this method.

If you mean find out about using this guide? I doubt it since it will only be sold to limited people.

I'm not sure, I suppose you could, and it will be quite easy since Jagex aren't going TOO hard on macroers ATM.

This method is almost 100%, if it doesn't work for you, then it's because the offence was too serious and/or they have a lot of proof against you.
