where the rune pure quest list

cant find it with search O_O

 

Quest that rune pures should do?

 

look at recipe for disaster. what ever quests u need to finish that, is pretty much what u need.

 

Yeah I reccomend you DON'T train defence until you're done with quests, that's what ruined my rune pure when I had one :S.. Only got to like steel gloves when I noticed if I finished RFD I'd be over 45 def :/ it sucked. Just becareful on what you do until you've gotten your barrows gloves and monkey madness exp (if you want it.) and the basics like dragon slayer done before 45 defence.

 

I am a berserker pure and here is the list of quests to do for 45 defence. Dragon slayer, nature spirit, holy grail, fremmenik trials and take the monkey madness reward to have the least xp reward in defence. You will end up with 45 def
