On Dec 3rd 2020, @video has issued a temporary ban to my Sythe.org account as a result of his allegations that 'me and @RuneScape Gold Sales were interacting between each other and working together', with the leading argument being that 'my & RuneScape Gold Sales's discord posts were very similar and advertised rates were identical'.

Over this ban period I had some thoughts, discussed with multiple people and came up with some conclusions:

I completely understand why one would be concerned and raise suspicions over such case, especially with a limited amount of information that one has. And I respect @video and his interest in investigating such cases, this is the right act to be taken in such scenarios & that's what a true & honest moderator would be eager to do.

What I don't understand is the way the case was handled and rushed with no interest in trying to directly and friendly contact all parties in the hopes of a peaceful resolution. Instead, decision was made impulsively, privately, in the background, and the decision consisted of a banhammer swing out of the blue, with no hesitations. And, in some other reality, were this case would turn out to be valid and proven, that I was indeed working together with @RuneScape Gold Sales, there is a specific Sythe.org rule, so that anyone who dares to violate it - receives a 2 WEEK ban.



But for some reason, if things wouldn't already be devastating for one who has pretty much just started his small business, he gets smashed with a banhammer with a stamp of '3 months' on it without any legit reason or explanation.

From the day that I discovered that such actions have been taken against me, I immediately went on to do my best to explain the situation in a hopes to resolve misunderstanding in a peaceful & the least damaging manner. I was fully open and offered any evidence/information if needed, privately or publicly, but, as apparent, I got denied and totally ignored from that point. To this day, looking from RuneScape Gold Sales perspective, I just don't get it what the real benefit would have been for him to take such risks, when he had such significant status and mature business. At least for me, that doesn't make sense and personally such stupid idea would never cross my mind, I came to Sythe.org to provide a decent service to the people and not to straight-out break the rules.
I never did or wanted to do any harm to anyone, my only intentions were to open my own business and hopefully succeed in providing a satisfactory service to Sythe.org people. I just really wish that I was given proper opportunity to properly explain myself to avoid such damaging outcome ...
That being said, Im not after some empathy or any of that stuff, it's just a true shame that this kind of nasty thing had to happen in the first place and in a way I fully understand that it's far from easy to come to an accurate and right decision in cases like this and I truly apologize to all the staff that I didn't put enough thought and work to ensure that such issues wouldn't arise...

Hopefully, it's not all over for me and there's still a place for me on Sythe, just please take another chance and try to imagine the situation in my shoes, I only have good intentions and towards Sythe.org community.
Rest assured that adequate changes and measures will be made immediately if my wish to come back will be blessed to ensure that issues like this one won't repeat.

Its clear to me now that unfortunately there's no coming back for me to the Sythe as Im not a selfish person to say that my account should be un-DNT'ed instead of RSGS's, Im the newbie here and hes the senior member and its because of me that this situation even exists. I wish that there was some information or a rule of some kind which stated that only one related person per family member could utilize Sythe.org at its fullest potential so that I wouldn't have relied so much on Sythe when I was creating and growing my business. It really doesn't matter with which of the two pardons it will be continued as both of them tell the truth.
