Reporting Scammer Physicist

Explanation of the trade: I traded a $15 Subway Gift card that can be redeemed for $15 RP on the game League of Legends for $10 PP

How they scammed: Physicist said I wasn't trusted and he had a lot of vouches so he wanted me to go first. His vouches were kinda recent and it was only $15 worth, so I went first. After I gave him the pin and card #, he claimed it "did not work" then I checked the transaction logs on the Subway site and sure enough, he took money out. I proved that to him and then he claimed it "worked, but the RP was not showing up in his account". Then he proceeded to not answer me anymore.
