Possible Scammer Dreams

So the guy claimed he sold money to finnish gold selling sites, for 2.1 dollars per 1 mil osrs. Screenshots: https://gyazo.com/15edbf3a4455942f9c7876982945cba7 here he is claiming he sells to Finnish sites. after looking for quite some time online, "Finnish OSRS Markets" do not exist. The weird part was that he asked for my age, and what the age was on my PP. Why not just ask for my normal age? Also he said you can't do charge backs when gifting, which is completely false. Both can file a complaint that the seller either charge backed or did not deliver. Anyways, please tell me what happens. Have a good day

 

Got a link to his Sythe account plus a picture of the Skype ID as well as proof it's linked to his Sythe account?
