How they scammed: Constantly searching people's IP addresses & emails, doxing them and then posting the information publicly. He should not have access to these permissions, he is probably selling on the information to third party websites which fuels impersonators/phishing emails.

 

Unless you have proof of him posting it publicly and selling it you dont have a case, and next time please use the templates provided, thanks
