Explanation of the trade: I bought access to RsAutoswitcher for 285m and now I keep getting banned from the Discord for no reason, this guy (Viral) made his own switcher from a perfect switcher into a shit switcher, he keeps banning me and kicking me from the discord and does not want to refund me.
Amount scammed: 285m Osrs Gp
How they scammed: banned me from the Rsautoswitcher discord multiple times, this person is very shady and shouldn't be trusted, I originally paid Root who is partnered with Viral, but Viral and Root came into a situation and Viral made Root leave the company, now Root is threatening to Sue Viral for kicking him out of the company, so Viral still owns the company and he's responsible for refunding me.

So in these screenshots, I paid root a bit of the full payment of 285M, which he told me I had 1 month to completely pay, so i paid him half and paid him the rest a week later and got lifetime access,





Alright, so i made this report before and it was closed as i had access to rsautoswitcher lifetime, now Viral decided to quit the project and drop it, i haven't had a refund of the 285m so i want my refund as i no longer have access to the program.

 

I've added a DNT to @Viral_ for the time being as the website is no longer up, he will need to explain himself here

 

I sent out a notice to everyone two weeks in advance, along with a notice on the front of my website that the business is going down. Dissolving meeting for the company is happening on the 10th and the 31st will be a finalization of the dissolution. I notified all lifetimes that a 65% refund will be issued to all that paid with card. Anyone that paid with RSGP had a sale that was finalized. There are legal issues for the reasoning of me shutting down the site. I do great business.

 

Im gonna add a little bit of information here on Viral_'s side.

I was involved with the initial banning of Heulix/Flix/Ajax. This user was banned for fighting with other members, and had been warned multiple times. He always acted like the staff team owed him something, and was generally rude. The user was asked to fill out an appeal just to show he understood what he did, and he even refused to do that.

When he was banned, he threatened to have the RAS Discord channel shut down. It was then shut down later that day, after being up for over 1.5 years with zero issues. Viral's discord account was banned, and we were all left without a discord. Me, Viral, and three other staff members quickly jumped into action getting another server up. This worked quickly, and we avoided inviting Heulix/Flix/Ajax due to previous issues. The product did not need the discord, so he still had the working product.

Heulix/Flix/Ajax joined the new server, and we were banned again. This time, every staff member who had messaged him was banned. This involved myself, Viral, and another moderator(I will keep his name out).



As per the TOS on the RAS site, all RSGP purchases are final. This has been the case since Viral opened the company with root.


Based on Heulix/Flix/Ajax claim above, I will answer a little more. He states "Viral and Root came into a situation and Viral made Root leave the company, now Root is threatening to Sue Viral for kicking him out of the company, so Viral still owns the company and he's responsible for refunding me."

Viral AND Root still BOTH own RASA LLC. The situation is something I wont announce(unless asked by staff/Viral). Root has not sued Viral, and they both still own the company. Sadly Viral has tried everything in his power to keep RAS running, but a dissolution of the company was the only way.
