Two Parties Involved, the user who threatened to charge-back and his friend who's helping sell the gold.

Potential Scammer/user who threatened to charge-back: IP posted below in deleted post so mod's can locate his Sythe profile.
Friend whom i'm dealing with/speaking to on discord: aed46

Aed46 is selling 800m 07 on behalf of his friend who threatened to charge-back. I have received the 800m 07, but have not yet sent the payment as I'm afraid of said incoming charge-backs for a total of $489 CAD.

I want some kind of assurance that this sythe user will not charge-back and if he does Aed46 will also be held accountable as that's whom I would be sending the btc payment to.

I am requesting the payment be delayed for a minimum of 1 week as it can take time for chargebacks to come through if done via bank/credit card as well as G2A (my payment processor) to alert me of said chargebacks.

 

So This makes no sense. So i bought 800m Off the guy that apparently "threatened" to charge back partypete For Interact. I sold the 800m to Partypete FOR BTC (which he has not paid me). Now hes saying he is holding the BTc he owes me because the other guy threatened to scam him. Idk how it has anything to do with me. I am just flipping GP. Then party Pete asked me to Anti scam if the guy scams, I said i can try to help but not make any promises.
party pete kept saying one sec few mins ect, then said hes having a problem with his btc addr or somthing, then made this report

I should still be paid because I sold & delivered to party pete. idk why hes holding my money..

 

Half of the stuff your saying is not right...
I wasnt helping him sell his gp I bought his Gp and sold it to party pete. I was not selling on his behalf, i showed party pete the proof that i was buying and paid the other guy for the gp. In no way should i be assurance for him charging you back, you sending me the btc payment is for what i sold you, i should not be responsible, for what you sold him, and doesn't make sense why your holding my money. over a dispute with another person.

 

@PartyPeteShop - You are not allowed to hold someones funds hostage. I understand the concern you have for these two users, however, there is not enough to suggest that they work together.

As such a TWC has been placed on your account for poor trading practices. You are able to apply for its removal in 30 days here: Dispute a Ban or TWC
