Reporting "The Maker"

Believe me I didn't want to have to do anything like this since I started here but damn it I can't have my way.

Apologies if I do this report wrong, The Maker drained the bank on my RS account when he should of been training dung. I can provide chat logs from this morning on msn, I can provide pm's, and I can provide 1 screen shot of the initial trade where I payed him for his services, which I did not technically receive. I lost im gonna go out on a limb and say 500m maybe, it may of been more he would know. So I suppose I am reporting him because he did not supply the services he said he would when I payed, but I am also making aware that he will also try and take everything off your account if you give him the opportunity.

Briefly explain the trade: Was meant to be a simple pay him 70m, he gets me 200k tokens in dung. He talked with me on msn about needing my pin to do his business, through a few problems up to and including me not having a mule account to give valuables too he assured me he was trustworthy and that I had nothing to worry about. So I just let him have the account details and the pin. So not only did I not receive the 200k tokens I initially paid for, I got scammed for much more then I paid.

Current quests/stats: Of little importance, the skill was meant to be dung, and I am still 64 dung.

I have all the msn history chat logs between him and myself, as well as I could supply all the pm's between him and myself as well. I realize full well I can't expect to get shit back, but I can see him banned, which to him seemed to be such a "big" reason why he was so trusted. I suppose I could also provide screen shots of my now empty bank if they would also be needed. Now I read MSN chat logs are not legitimate proof, so i suppose I may not have enough to get him, if that is so, then please everyone just be wary when trading with this guy. Maybe im just one of the few he felt had a bank big enough to scam. Correction, I have a screen shot of the last bit of our conversation, so MSN may be able to be used as proof? Guess now im just gonna wait for a mod to tell me what they may need.
