i think he is scammer

hello all sythe members...
well, i am pin buyer, and i was trying to buy one pin from one person. his sythe name is: wazup8
well, we were speaking, and he said me, that he got 15 uk pins from one mobile phone!


runescape rules says:


as you see, you can buy as many pins as you want, but
you can only add PayBySMS membership to three accounts
you think so what is wrong? he will sell 3 pins, o0ther month more three, right?
but look, he texted 15 messages, so it means that he wasted 75 pounds! well, i think its unbelieveble, but maby its true.
well, whats the point then?

one time, i "bought" pin from one guy, pin was incorrect, and he said ,that this pin will work one month later. well, i trusted him, BUT THAT PIN DID NOT work till now!!!! i think that that guy said same thing for more peoples!

so i think, that he can try lot of peoples, because he says that he wont go first..
well, maby he can't be banned, but i think you should delete his membership selling topics....
