He wanted to buy 600m RS3 off me, we agreed to a rate, a location, a payment method and so on, but he was unwilling to show any vouches(that could be identified with him) or proof of him even owning the Gift Card that we agreed on.

I decided to trade him from different accounts (mules), because I have a long history with Jagex and had several accounts banned, etc.

After I asked him for a picture of the Card (without Code!) he said that I was a scammer, because I was unwilling to give him all the money at once (as we agreed on). He then threatened to report me and say that I would be ban-evading. I was previously banned from Powerbot.org early 2014 because I had disputes with a close friend of a Moderator.

Since Techigee will report me: Everything I said is the truth. Even the story with Jagex. I am willing to provide all records I am able to find in order to proove this. I was a big dicer in 2012-13, had my money stored on many different accounts (I was always careful), but then quit middle 2013 when I was able to move to a foreign country, where the internet did not allow me to access RuneScape. I sold about 40% of my GP on Forums when my accounts all got locked over night. I was given an decision to either give all records to Jagex and keep my main or have all accounts banned. I decided to be a scary cat and keep my main. As I said: I am willing to provide records of my conversations with Jagex employees, etc.
