Zidek#8775 report re opening.

I believe the entire content of my post has been ignored therefore I am re opening it for a few reasons. The comments the user made on my ads that I outlined were ignored/not removed when they are against the rules.

Secondly the user Zidek Zidek broke a few Sythe rules which I will outline and detail each below and how he broke them so they can be observed more closely than last time.

This is pasted directly here from the Sythe rules which I have read over very well.

Flaming, Harassment, Trolling:

• Using excessive profanity, insults, or derogatory comments towards another user.
• Partaking in behaviour intended to disturb or upset another user, creating bounty threads on another user.
• Deceiving members or staff for fun, humor, or to cause drama

Note rule # 3: deceiving members to cause drama. This is grounds for an infraction which the user clearly told me he was working with a mod to give me a TWC. This is deception by definition as there was no mod he was speaking too. Feel free to provide evidence as I asked in my original post that was closed. This deception is 100% grounds for an infraction which was not given to the user. On top of this the user stated someone told him I was attempting to scam which is the original reason he messaged me. This is impossible as I have never scammed and deceptive practice #2.

On top of this, the original reason for my posting of his sketchy behavior was completely ignored. The user went through my postings and commented on them to be cautious with me, when I did nothing to break any rules or solicit any such comments. These comments are still there and not removed and have been ignored.

I will post screenshots again of him saying he is working with a mod to give me a TWC, as well as has information on me trying to scam someone, as neither of these ever happened. Please do not over look these again as they are clearly breaking the rules as posted above with all of the evidence needed. If the user provides the evidence he says he has of him working with a mod to give me a TWC I will delete this posting.

Imgur ( user clearly stating here he is pushing for a TWC with a moderator who states it is necessary. Any moderator would tell the user to make a report with the evidence he has, this is clearly not true and in violation of the rules I pasted above )

 

Both of you went about this the wrong way, he thought he could get you a TWC by your actions, just as you thought his actions were TWC / Ban worthy.

This user has been warned, and this situation has been resolved.
