Explanation of the trade:

I arranged to sell 300k blood money to Sundy for OSRS gp.

How they scammed:

I arranged to sell 300k blood money to Sundy for OSRS gp. He insisted that we do this by staking, which I agreed to, under the assumption that he would meet my stake. He put up 15k blood money compared to my 300k, and I told him they have staking logs and I would get banned immediately if we did it this way. To this he replied that it wouldn't be an issue, mentioning that this is a difference source to before and that he is "100%" sure that they do not have staking logs. I was hesitant, but this reassured me. 4 minutes after the trade I was banned on OsScape and lost all of my stock. A moderator on OSS confirmed that they do have staking logs.

I've placed a TWC on @Sundy as these are extremely poor trading practices that he displayed here, which costed you the rest of his stock as well. I can't hold him liable for the rest of your stock as there's always a risk when trading in the RSPS scene especially, but his Terms of Service stated that "the liability falls into the customer after the transaction is complete", but in the conversation he says "They don't have stake logs", which by that logic you'd be guaranteeing your customer that this is a safe method, and this obviously isn't the case.
