Proof that it's their Discord: ID and contacted through the royal services discord server.
Explanation of the trade: Create a skilling/questing discord bot for there server.
How they scammed: admitted to trying to get me to send the working script without payment.

It appears here that he wanted the script first before payment. You are entitled to deny that request but he doesn't have to pay up front. There was no scam and no attempted scam. Just a deal where both parties couldn't agree to terms although it does appear he was trolling a bit with some of his messages.

@Bulis I am not sure if you were trolling him or not but I encourage you to be more professional in the future.
