Reporting Skillshotz (Account Scamming)

Scammers Profile link: skillshotz
Trade was done for an account of his, gave me all proper information and I proceeded to pay him $25.00.
Couple days later he has recovered the account back and changed the password, and etc.

Email it was originally set to was [email protected], current email starts with a "C", so I'm only assuming he reset it back to it's original email.
