    I think sythe should improve the tech support section because a number of people are encountering problems and have hardly any support due to no user educators online.

    I'm not saying we need more User Educators I'm just saying that no one or hardly anyone patrols that area.

    Lady GaGa spammed threads needing help on msn and he got a few replies offering hardly any support. One from me as I tried to help as best as I could.

    I had encountered problems to with my messenger causing me not to start conversation or receive them with my clients.

    I posted my thread at 8:35pm and received a reply at 1:53 am forum time.

    Waiting a reply I gave up and went to bed.

    I don't really have any suggestions but reading this it might give you some, post your suggestions below.

    Conclusion: My suggestion - Improve The Help, Request & Tech. Support section

    Yes but how can you expect someone to constantly watch over it?

    It's all free work remember.

    Tell us how to make it more active. As SuF said, just leave it there. The problem will still be there tomorrow when you wake up, and it's 95% guaranteed you'll get an answer in 48 hours.

    It's not paid work to help people so u can't say anyone to be 24/7 watching the forum so i think it's hard to improve.
