I let myself do it, but they never sent me anything, therefore, the money is on the card.

 

This is the most stupid argument ever. When you make a payment via a card, the payment gets debited OFF THE CARD. Obviously anyone who has simple knowledge understands that if a card does not contain any money on it the payment would be rejected. But obviously here the payment did not get rejected. It succeeded so obviously it is a working card with money on it.

 

It clearly allowed you to pay for the product. When a card payment is processed the money gets debited from the card. If any verifications need doing then they typically hold the payment until you complete verification which is not my problem.

 

ok is perfect, but I do not have any problem paying you, what really bothers me, is that if I told you to wait for that time, do you mount a report with silly accusations if I told you I was going to pay you when I got home? wtf?
