Scammed me 25.4$ bitcoin for 25m osrs
50$ donator told me to send btc and didnt give me osrs
he even said we dont need to wait then logged off rs and said some excuse "unknown btc" we need to wait
He also logged off rs after he received and said we need to wait when i clearly confirmed before hand he doesnt need to make me wait

Basically he agreed to give me 25m for 25$ bitcoin and didnt care about confirm time/any confirms.
Now he is saying he wont give it yet because there is no "expected wait time" which doesnt even exist on blockchain.
So he doesnt care about confirms and says it will eventually but then says no expected time if he doesnt care about the confirm time why would he care for an expected wait time? makes no sense

 

I agreed on not needing any confirmations on the payment however the expected wait time is unknown which means it could take weeks before the funds will be available.

 

This makes no sense if you dont need confirms then you dont need to know when its going to confirm since you agreed to give at 0 confirms.

You are scamming as of now

 

You basically sent a payment without any fee and I have no idea when the confirmations will come.

 

It did have a fee, I can prove that its normal/recommended fee

As you can see.... 40 cent fee, the one given by blockchain when I sent didnt even touch it

 

The transaction has had 1/3 confirms now and he isnt replying to my skype..
