there have been situations where in discord or spam forum dicing has been done and obviously nothing can come to it because it isn't valid or spamming. but this was done in the OFFICIAL donor lounge dicing. all bets are considered serious. but when @Scotty does it it's troll right? @video even offered to pay off $100 in rsgp to me for it to be done with. how the fuck is that right??

Well since I was tagged, I'll just mention that I offered up to $100 of my own money to help resolve the matter since you wouldn't accept the minirank. I was just going to broker an exchange of the minirank for cash which in theory you would have been willing to accept. I thought $100 was a good offer too, everyone's a winner and I get to keep a nice minirank, but you rejected that so ya if Richard's got some thoughts he's welcome to share those as well

 

the argument that it was a troll dice wager isn't valid because the rules state there is no trolling. only when scotty does it is it okay though

 

This is ridiculous. How are people claiming it's a troll wager? @Talon was 100% serious about his dice offer which is why it was posted on the official thread. Scotty was dumb enough to test his luck and now he has to suffer the consequences of his actions.

2 days ago I diced scotty for $160 BTC vs 750m RS3. I thought scotty was "just trolling" because obvisouly he's just an absolute troll so i trolled him right back! Right!

Wrong. If I hadn't wanted to pay up scotty just because I thought the offer was "just a troll" then I would've gotten banned immediately after scotty filed a report. The circumstances should not change just because the amount is significantly higher, or because the other person is well known around the forums as a troll. I consider myself and Talon to both be trolls in the discord and on the SF, but when it comes to money making, we don't mess around. The donor dicing lounge is a legitimate place where people go to make money. Talon posted an offer for $50k USD for his minirank, and by quoting and rolling scotty agreed to his terms. How can you possibly defend this?

edit: Making the wrong decision can set a very, very bad precedent for futures instances such as this. Think about it

Attention all newer mods handling this report:

There is already a strong precedent set forth in dealing with cases similar to this one -

• Heeatz has scammed me the sum of 1 Dollar. =[

In Fendle v. Heeatz, both users were known for being "trolls" both in the spam forum and outside of Sythe (IRC, Skype, etc.). In the reports shown above, @Heeatz made a wager in good faith (jokingly or not), ended up losing the bet, and as a result had to pay up or face of the consequence of being slapped with a TWC/perm banned. Though the amount owed in this report is significantly lower, the circumstances and principle are still the same, thus why this post is relevant.

scotty decided to dice his debt vs $100,000 in BTC and this happened:

 

I owed no debt to begin with, and am banned from dicing on sythe.org so it is a void bet

 

i'll take $10,000 off scotty minimum to end this all.

 

Like I will be honest I am stupid and I take risks, but I did not have bad intent at all during this process. I feel hard done by because I trusted talons and he let me down. I will not back down and I am super stubborn. I will accept any punishment but I will not allow people to tarnish me as a scammer, I am like a pirate, I like to take risks and am pretty insane.

Twc or a ban will do, I will not pay talons a penny because I do not believe he has the right to gamble internationally and I do not accept the legitimacy of the gamble.

 

Moreover the DoN is super void as it just shows my insanity and talons' trolley nature. I did not accept the $50k debt and thus did it to prove the point that talons has an agenda against me. I was talking to him on voice during the period. He wants me banned, and so do a lot of the other circlejerkers. The reality is I was and am willing to risk my sythe account to clear my name and show them I have giant fucking steel balls.

 

Therefore I plead insanity and request a ban of that is decided the correct punishment and will gladly take before I make any more self-destructing decisions

 

I'm going to drop everything on Scotty. We agreed to $30 in PayPal and that will be it. Thanks.
