Reporting scammer: Thatrs

Explanation of the trade: I was going first to him. i was selling him my maxed account for $245 via paypal.
How they scammed: After i changed the email on the account to his, gave him all the account information and full access he said he would send the payment and instead blocked/deleted me from skype
