Reporting scammer I0wnzzu9324, skype name "Jake"

The player's rs account name is Aseru. I was selling him my account and made a deal with rsgp. I0wnzzu9324 then deleted me from skype and logged out in rs after I went first and switched the email over to his account. Here is my proof, I can show more of the skype conversation if needed:

Could you please show us the rest of the conversation + where the Skype shown above connects to his Sythe account?

I think he advertises a different skype account on his profile, different from his actual one. Can't you trace IPs though, considering he does go on this site. Or how else could I possibly show you how they link? Here is the whole skype convo...
