    Saw a bunch of accounts on his IP that were all banned but didn't recognize any. Started googling and while it seems many were guilty of their own scams, a lot were all banned for evasion of others as well. Seems to all be one person.

    Seems to have gone on 2 separate ban evasion/scamming sprees in 2011 and 2013, probably with plenty of scamming in between, before, and after as well.
