@sammybarcode A little help here? Can you explain to me why you fired him because he refused to use you as a "Middleman"?

The reason that i have put an end to his trial period is due to the fact that he states that he's not sure if he can trust me with 35m So there's no point in continuing this trial period with a chance to work for me at the end as when this trial period ends he'll be trusting me with much much more gp than 35m. This is because the buyer will pay me , my workers do the work and i pay the workers so essentially this can go no further.

Just to add again , there was never any agreement took in place like i mentioned above , he was on a trial period to see how he got on with some small orders , he's not up to the standard so he has been released. I have not sacked him for him not wanting to use me as a MM , that claim is ridiculous also. There's nothing really more i can say on this matter.

He has never paid a deposit , i state that this should be enough time to make his deposit.

He worked for me fr 1 day.

Once their deposit is paid , then an agreement will be put together and then they will formally join my team.

 

Well then, he never really scammed you. He has the right (As the boss) to not want you to work for him. I am sorry, but there is no scamming taken place here. It is his right as you were not past his "5 Day Trial" If you would have paid a deposit and he would have fired you under no violations then it would have became more of a scam.

As for you @sammybarcode I can understand where you are coming with in the photo's if he cannot trust you with "35m" then business would be hard. But, the way you went about it was not exactly the best. I hope in the future you explain to your customers in a little better way; also OMM's are in place for a reason and that is for the community to use at their own free will.
