I went into the runewealth livechat and spoke to the worker and he more or less admitted mx799 and youngwitty run the site

From this you can see me asking for mx799 or youngwitty to come on and sell me the gold because I felt more safe buying it from an owner (Just to bait him into admitting he owns it) And he says they aren't available right now and he's working at runewealth because mx799 and youngwitty trust him

Uses sythe name ''youngwitty'' banned for scamming, evasion and he is also an owner of runechat.com using the same name proof - http://prntscr.com/cle4if This is found on the FAQ section of there website.

So this is pretty much 100% evidence of youngwitty and mx799 (known scammers) still using sythe to advertise runewealth even though they are banned on altarnative accounts (And this isnt even the report of runewealths original owners selling runechat owners there sythe account which is yet to be looked into)

So previous reports I talked about how runechat bought runewealths sythe acc and now have runechat mods all sharing the same sythe account. Then i talked about how padme (livechat agent) basically admitted mx799 and youngwitty basically run runewealth...

Spoken to dat (someone who has the runewealth account access) and spoke to him about runechats scams, why they are lying etc and this is the conversation -

Then things get a bit more interesting...As you see at (12:56:54) in the chat Dat says lynn runs runewealth and owns it.

So theres a mod called mod lynn, she's chinese and affiated with bigboibets (shes there trader on bigboibets and buys there gold) she worked at runewealth for some time and left recently. and also used to do cashins and cashouts on runechat

As you see in the chat with dat (close to the end) i show pic of lynn telling me on skype runechat owns runewealth Screenshot and he basically says he was told to say lynn owns runewealth when in fact she doesnt even work there anymore lol


Conclusion sort of thing -

• They basically admitted in chat logs they thought it was fine to share accounts because they thought bogla, divica and arcus shared accounts (which i told them they dont but he still said they do)
• Passed ownership onto someone who doesn't even work or have any involvement with runechat/runewealth and the person who they said own it tells me runechat own it
• orph livechat worker told me multiple times he's waiting on mx to fix btc and dat made up a couple bs excuses on why mx799 is the one who takes btc (apparently because orph doesnt know how but he's not the owner so it shouldnt be him making the btc acc anyway thats why mx799 made it because hes the owner)

Read other reports before reading this one if you don't mind because you'll prob not get the whole idea on what this is about if you havent

 

Ok so between July 2015 and September 2016, who owned Runewealth the website, and who owned Runewealth the Sythe account? If the ownership of either of those two entities changed, when did it change (roughly)?

This conclusion here: runewealth/runechat
Suggests that at least from October 2015, based on who owned Runewealth the website, and who owned Runewealth the Sythe account, a ban was not given. Logically then, it follows that there needs to be a change in the ownership interests in those two entities in order for me to contemplate a ban.

You say that the Sythe account Runewealth was recently sold to mx799 and youngwitty. You also say that they share it. Your proof is the change in IPs. I'll set that aside for now (I'm not ignoring it, just moving it to one side temporarily). What other proof do you have?

From that all you can probably say that mx799 and youngwitty have some ownership stake in Runewealth the website. I'm interested to know when they obtained that ownership stake? Did they have it from July 2015? Or after?



I don't really know the history behind those two websites so anyone can feel free to fill me in.

 

Part 4 - Reporting Runewealth Part 2

I'll break it down for you


Ok so runewealth was around before being joined on sythe they considered it an expansion (because all they sold previously from joining sythe was onsite currency on runechat not actual ingame money), the owner ''Zodiac'' and ''Envy'' ran it at this time.

Now around december 2015 (estimating) one of the runewealth owners zodiac sold his half to envy (the other owner who ran the sythe account) and things were fine and orph and dat were employed to runewealth.com

11th june 2015 runesport was introduced, this was mainly because they couldnt add runechat to there threads because they were told not to so they decided to make there own online gambling site revolving around sports betting [$200 Donor][SVU] Bet RSGP On [RuneSports][NHL]NBA/NFL/MLB]

runesport was closed because it was only a temporary fill-in while runechat developed there own sports betting system http://prntscr.com/cllix0 so around the time of sports betting released thats when envy had decided to leave runechat and he closed down runesport. So I'm assuming when envy left runewealth he sold them there automatic odds system which made runechat be able to release there sports betting days after runesport being shutdown

The other owner ''Envy'' around march 2016 also decided to leave rc (again this might not be a complete accurate date) and this is where Orph told me in the livechat mx runs runewealth now (if you asked runewealth to show every chat with me and orph on our IP im sure you'll see some interesting stuff)

So around march 2016 is when I think envy left (there was alot of talk on runechat because people were suprised envy would leave) and i knew someone must be keeping runewealth up so i went and spoke to orph (good friend at this time also worker on chat) and he told me mx799/youngwitty are running it.

I don't have any solid concrete proof that runechat bought over runewealth unless runewealth give you all me and orphs transcripts (he's mentioned it hundreds of times when we were friends)

And heres some pics of zodiac/envy with runechat owners in las vegas so they knew eachother irl so for all we know runechat has been owning runewealth and just got envy to say he owned it so he could advertise it on sythe http://prntscr.com/clltrr

So the major IP change should of been original owner (envy - Canadian IP) from acc creation up to around march 2016 and now 2 workers ip's (orph USA ip and Dat Netherlands IP) from march till now

I dont get how you can do this, this is almost 100% proof runewealth sythe account is being shared between workers/mods as it's against the rules they should be banned for this alone they also admitted in the chat transcript they thought it was fine for them to have more than 1 people on accounts because they thought boglagold,divica etc did

Alright so you're saying from March 2016, 'mx799' and 'youngwitty' purchased Rune Wealth.

I've messaged @RuneWealth. They'll have to respond. If they don't we'll take it from there.

Like I told you in PM who owns it now should be clear to you. Besides that, Runesport was not owned or sold to Runechat for anything. Runechat was a competitive website to Runesport as they were both gambling sites. Envy was half the owner not full. The code aka the system is wayyy different and that can be shown if needed so nope it was not a temp thing untill runechat had theirs ready. Runesport was actually closed down because Runechat had a better and more professional system then Runesport who made their first website like that with no experience.
Envy did not leave in March but that happened in July for the reason I told you in pm. Who owns it now (once again in pm) should not be relevant to the world, but if you consider it so I'll post here what I told you in pm.
The only thing that IS relevant is the fact that nor Mx nor Witty own it. They own Runechat and thats the only website (so far I know) they have ever owned. Yes it's true we buy wallet from them and sell it, but that's just the same like we buy ingame gp and resell it. Like all other gold sites do so. I don't think we need to even discuss that on here because it has been before.

Also like I told you in pm:
The girl (Padme) started working @ RW a week (perhaps 2) ago because her brother (Kyo) did at first. She was already working for RuneChat which is indeed own by Mx And Witty so for all she knew and ever knew those were her bosses aka the owners. They never have been and never will be the owners of RuneWealth. You clearly see her say that she does not know who owns it, therefor it should not be a valid argument using an innocent girl like that. She was texting me about how concerned she was and how bad she felt when watching this thread and 'her' being the reason of it.

Once again he comes to chat saying he does not want to hurt Runewealth or its workers but only Runechat. Therefore why would he open things like this then? We don't advertise anything for Runechat on here, we are not owned by their owners, we simply like to make a living. For some this might look like something extra, something you can't live from, just a side job, but to me it's my life. I dedicate more hours a day to it then a CEO of an irl company would do so to his.

Sorry but there are just too many things in here you just can't justify and call legit. I try to run my company as clear as can be. No person ever buying from my site got scammed or will it be because we are here to make a living fair and square.

Not a single person ever claimed Mx or Witty to be the owners of Runewealth besides this person opening the cases. First he wanted to make us get rid of Sythe by saying we were simply associated to them (we are not - simply sell wallet) and the next moment he'll use this? Sorry but I don't know what the next thing is he'll come up with but he clearly has something against RuneWealth as well, because otherwise we wouldnt be here talking.
Besides that fact he HAS bought from RuneWealth in the past, always wanted to cut it down. Also with Padme... What would it have been? If he got the price he wanted he would never opened this but nope it was not the way he liked it so fellt like meh lets go for it...

Sythe I honestly do hope we can finish this and just have the same relation we have had before. There is a reason his previous accounts on here are all banned...

Besides that, he keeps on saying about Orph and Dat are the most trusted ppl he probably knows, then why after that chat on Runewealth would he go and chargeback Orph for some sales he helped him with in the past? (Orph sometimes sold on his own , which is allowed with us, but also had ppl send it to his Paypal for when ppl claim they couldnt pay over the site and then he'd send it over) Now he goes charging back a person with no interest to runechat at all and a person he claims to "know" very well and trust.

Let me just start by saying a few things. The burden of proof in this case is on anyone accusing Rune Wealth; they have to substantiate their accusations. The onus of proof is somewhere between the balance of probabilities and beyond a reasonable doubt.

With that in mind, let's go through some of the relevant submissions:

Explanation 1: Padme was telling the truth, which means mx and witty down on RW.
Explanation 2: Padme works in the RC chat which mx and witty own. Padme recently joined RC. Padme mistakenly implied mx and witty owned RW when they didn't.

• Could be either. Neither is inconsistent with what is below.

Submission 2: Dat says Lynn owns RW. A screenshot with Lynn seems to contradict that.

Explanation: Dat lied meaning someone else other than Lynn owns RW.

• RuneWealth in a PM explained this, saying that this was more a PR thing (saying Lynn was owner).

Submission 3: IP Irregularities:
Explanation: VPN.

• I don't know much about this, but it seems plausible enough.

Submission 4: Sythe Account Ownership:
Explanation: Envy the original account owned the Sythe Account. Upon a change of ownership between Rune Wealth the website, that Sythe account changed owners (not to mx or witty).

• This is against site rules. I'll have to ask other staff for their opinion on the appropriate punishment.
• I'll note some vitiating factors here. When RW was sold, the new owner would have likely wanted to keep using the same Sythe account for reputational reasons. Had they realized this was against site rules, they probably would have created a new account. This circumstance is different from someone quitting Sythe and selling an account that has a reputation to a random person allowing that random person to scam.

Conclusion:
There are two allegations here:

1. Sythe Account Sharing / Change in Ownership:

• Rune Wealth in a PM confirmed that there had been a change in ownership. He did not say they shared accounts however.
• Per above (see Submission 4), the appropriate punishment will be discussed with staff.

2. Mx and/or witty own Rune Wealth:

• Based on the above, I don't think there's sufficient evidence.
• You're welcome to submit more evidence.

 

We've decided that the punishment for the accounts change in ownership is a permanent ban. For site policy reasons, there are no exceptions to this rule. RuneWealth is welcome to submit a pardon for this offence however.

As to the other claim that mx or witty own RuneWealth, as stated above, I don't think there is sufficient evidence to support that. Feel free to submit more evidence, otherwise I will close this report in a few days.

had 550m on the site and the moment @malakadang banned them from other report they banned me with it (they were refusing to cashout while report was up pretty much)

Waiting on cashout however they've unbanned me again.

 

This is a very curious circumstance.

Is it that because mx and witty own RW and therefore they banned you on RC? Or is it because you caused their partner RW to be banned with this report, thereby depriving them of a beneficial partnership, and so they therefore banned you on RC?

I'm on the border to be honest - I don't want to prevent a legitimate trader from doing business. I also don't want to let known scammers do business. The more evidence you can submit the better; I'll ask for another mods opinion soon; we'll see how their pardon goes for now.

Done with report from now..nothing else to add idk who banned me but i got a mod to unban and cashout (orph)
