    Runestake/ Fox resolved

    @Runestake @Fox @Desert

    Amount scammed:

    Explanation:
    1. I had a partnership with Runestake on a month-to-month base, I ended up getting banned by Jagex and decided to cancel our arrangement since I had no guarantees from their side they would keep me on their promotion-team, and it wasn’t worth the risk for me.

    2. Months later I reached out to come to a new arrangement which would include a 6-month contract. I felt happy with this contract because regardless of what Jagex and/or Twitch would do I would have a secure income for 6 months.

    3. The 6-month contract started, and everything was fine, I streamed my hours, Runestake and I were happy about how the partnership was going.

    4. In October Runestake wasn’t happy with their situation and cancelled most streamers’ contracts. I am aware that almost all of them had a month-to-month contract like I initially had. However, I have a 6-month contract and Fox refuses to discuss this with me.
I was told there was no contract even though it is clear there was (seen in the Streamables)
The 6-month agreement was also the reason I came back to promoting their business as it obviously held a lot of risk for streamers (Account bans, lower viewership, and interaction, decline in twitch-earnings, negative publicity that comes from promoting gambling, ETC…)

    5. There are 3 months left on the contract, [redacted] as payment for 3 months of promoting their site for 60 hours a month.

I also declined a partnership-deal with a cryptocurrency casino which would have generated a decent amount of income for me as well. I did this because I had an agreement (contract) with Runestake and obviously doing both at the same doesn’t work.
Reasons provided by them for faulty cancellation of the contract are:
    - Twitch banning streamers/Jagex filing copyright takedowns against streamers
    - Jagex banning streamers in-game (accounts)
    - Jagex banning users for using runestake

Runestake breaches Jagex’s rules so bans are to be expected for them.
The other two points are a risk only I must take, and they are not involved in that since they are related to my Runescape accounts and my Twitch account.
    Resolution:

    1. I am still willing to commit to my side of our agreement and continue streaming and advertising as we agreed upon

    2. A fair amount should be paid as a buy-out for this contract

I have always kept my end of the agreement and when I couldn’t stream for a week because I was going on an international trip (San Diego Twitch Con) I let them know in advance and they said it was alright I would catch up on my hours.
I feel like I have been nothing but professional and looking for a resolution in private, but they refuse to cooperate. I messaged Fox multiple times, and he would just not reply to me, I even asked for a voice call to straighten this situation out but there was no response from their side.

All the proof is in the Streamables below, everything I stated in this report can be verified within these videoclips.

The google drive document is the standard contract everyone has. It states what’s expected during the streams etc.

The 6 months duration was confirmed with Fox in discord dm’s. This was also discussed prior to me coming back with one of his previous discord accounts which have since been deleted unfortunately.

It was also the only reason I came back after originally terminating our month-to-month contract. As seen and described before, the risk wasn’t worth it for me unless I had some security in terms of length of the contract. Furthermore, in one of the streamables you can see that I ask whether I can complete my 6-month duration on other (alt) twitch accounts if I were to get banned on my main twitch account.

In one of the streamables you can also find a conversation between me and “Abdullah”, another partnered twitch streamer that streamed Runechat (a competitor of Runestake). Abdullah was advising me to leave since the bans increased however I told him I was in a contract, and I wouldn’t try to scam my way out of it.

Frankly, I find it concerning Fox is disputing the length of our agreement. There was no doubt for either party about the duration. He mentions the duration later as well when talking about how many months are left when he wanted to terminate the contract. I am not extremely familiar with this site, but I am concerned as to why all my proof of chat logs was deleted. Only a small part of those was focused on “dollar amounts”. Additionally, I can’t see his response so I am not sure if I can read it somehow?

Regardless, thank you for taking my case and I am available if you have any more questions for me.

while breaking "contracts" isn't typically allowed on Sythe, if you could call this a contract, Twitch has recently updated their terms to be more strict to the point of any gambling content not being allowed. Though this should have been discussed in the contract of what would happen if the terms were broken and or if someone wanted to back out of the commitment. @Identify your stat's are not the best anymore as you've let your stream die + you haven't streamed that much this month. The lack of streaming alone should have been a "breach in contract" though the contract is really non-existent. Lastly the ban hammer from twitch no longers allows you to stream content that runestake would like you to stream. Acting solo without any other suggestions from staff members I don't feel that it's appropriate to make runestake pay a non-streamer when his audience is non-existent, doesnt bother to stream, and when it's not allowed.
